Refund policy

All of our products are made to order and printed on demand. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong product, or dissatisfaction with the content (spelling, formatting, images, etc.).

We will, however, provide a replacement or refund in the following cases:

  • Your order arrives damaged.
  • There is a clear printing or manufacturing defect.
  • You receive the wrong item.

 

Proof Required

To request a replacement, you must:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number.
  3. Submit clear photos and/or video evidence showing the issue. Requests without supporting media cannot be processed.

Once verified, we will send a replacement copy at no additional cost to you.

 

Important Notes:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Because all items are custom printed, we cannot accept general returns.
  • Content quality (typos, design, formatting) is the responsibility of the author or publisher and is not covered under this policy.
  • Replacements are limited to one per order.
  • We reserve the right to deny claims that are not supported by sufficient evidence or that appear to be fraudulent or excessive.
